FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

  • The order totals up to an amount equal to or greater than $50.
  • The shipping location is within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • We use reliable shipping option to deliver your package safely and on-time

 MINIMUM REQUIRMENT

There is no minimum order required. However, you are responsible for shipping charges for orders below $50.

CARRIER

UPS and USPS is our primary carrier.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING -TRANSIT TIME

We ship your order within 1-2 business days (Monday- Friday) guaranteed.

Packages are shipping via UPS ( our primary carrier ) or USPS and are usually delivered 1-6 business days depending on your location. Orders that are paid for expedited shipping have a different transit time.

COST CALCULATION

The shipping costs are calculated using product weight, box dimensions, and the location of delivery.

TRACKING

You will receive Email/ Text containing tracking details once order is shipped.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE

The receiver must be 21 years of age or older in order to sign the delivery.

UNDELIVERABLE ISSUE

There are many reasons a package could be returned to our Shipping facility as undeliverable to address. These reasons may include the item that is too big for the PO box, incorrect address, incorrect address format, failed delivery attempts, damage during transit, other transportation problems, unable to export, or other address problems.
When packages are returned undelivered you will be contacted via email or phone and provided with a full refund (additional shipping charges will not be refunded).

We are not able to re-ship the package. You have to place a new order.

LOST PACKAGE

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your UPS or local USPS branch to resolve the issue.

DAMAGE PACKAGE

If your product arrives broken or damaged, please Contact Us immediately. Do NOT use or throw away any items that are damaged without contacting us first.
